If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return them. In accordance with our company's return policy for purchases through our online store, the customer is entitled to return products within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with and are accompanied by the legal documents. In this case, the customer bears the corresponding cost of transporting the product, except for delivery to a physical store.

- Returns of products at the charge of the COMPANY
The return of products is charged at the expense of the company in all the following cases:
- In the event that other than the sold products are delivered, by type or quantity.
- In the event that any product/s are found to be defective upon delivery to the customer (Dead On Arrival – “DOA”). The above applies without prejudice to the individual DOA policies of the manufacturers of the products, as long as they are in accordance with the Applicable Legislation.
In cases of return with a company charge, the products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of their receipt, together with all the original documents that accompanied it and in the condition received by the customer (As New).
The product return should be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging, unless it is a defect that was discovered later after delivery, so the packaging has been opened.
After the product is returned, the defect reported by the customer is checked and the customer is informed about the results of the check.
As long as the product meets the above conditions and after it has previously been received and checked by the company, the refund to the customer will be made in the same way as the payment was made, with the care of the company. For example, in the case of payment by credit card, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge by the company.
In the event that the product is returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of the customer's claim against the customer.

- Product returns at the cost of the CUSTOMER
Products can be returned at the customer's expense in cases where the customer, for any reason other than the above, has changed their mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product.
The return of the products can be done either by the customer himself at the company's headquarters or by sending them, the customer bearing the shipping costs and after consultation with the company.
In both cases, the products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of their receipt, together with all the original documents that accompanied it and in the condition received by the customer (As New).
After the product is returned, the defect reported by the customer is checked and the customer is informed about the results of the check.

- Right of Withdrawal
From the initial submission of the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of its products, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale.
This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge.
If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received with all its accessories, accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition (As New). The return of the item is accepted only if the customer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for returning the product to the company.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, as soon as it receives it.
- Exceptions to Withdrawal
NOT the following can be waived:
- Service contracts, which have been completed. A necessary condition is that we have previously given express consent to the execution of the contract and have recognized that we will lose the right of withdrawal after the supplier has completed the execution of the contract.
- Supply of goods or provision of services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market, which may occur within the withdrawal period and cannot be controlled by the supplier.
- Supply of goods, which have been made to our order and to specifications we have set or are clearly personalised.
- Supply of goods, which may spoil or expire soon.
- Supply of goods, which are sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which we have unsealed after delivery.
- Supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
- Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon at the time of the contract, but delivery will take place after 30 days, and the price of which is subject to market fluctuations beyond the supplier's control.
- Contracts, in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier, in order to carry out urgent repairs or to carry out maintenance work.
- Supply of sealed audio documents or sealed documents, videos or sealed computer software, which we have unsealed after delivery.
- Supply of newspapers and magazines of all kinds, excluding subscription contracts for the supply of these forms.
- Contracts concluded in the context of public auction.
- Provision of accommodation (other than for residential purposes), transportation of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or deadline for performance.
- Supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and the confirmation on his part that in this way he loses the right of withdrawal.
