Refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are household or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our fault.

Only regular priced products can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will know about your return.
Shipments & Returns
To return your product, you must mail your product to the address: Athinas 36 – 105 51 Athens.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
